"I started my internship at ososoft in 2022 during the practical semester of the THWS. After that, I was hired as a working student during my bachelor's degree in business informatics. I got to know ososoft through an event at the TH where companies from Würzburg could introduce themselves. Here and on the website, I was immediately impressed by the corporate culture, which was then confirmed during the later interview. Since then, I have been working as a working student in the SAP consulting area, but I also help out in other areas at my own request. I am therefore mainly involved in classic SAP consulting projects, but I also attend sales meetings, help out in marketing and hold training courses from time to time."
"As a working student, I take on tasks independently in the project through active involvement in projects. I am expected to be proactive and act independently. This means responsibility, but it also gives me all the freedom I want: I can flexibly adjust my weekly hours from week to week, and I can also arrange the days I work flexibly. When I have exams, I usually reduce my hours significantly, and during the semester break I work significantly more. Of course, working from home is no obstacle either - I always like to take advantage of this offer.
As long as I fulfill my duties and do my work conscientiously, I can decide the rest myself. You are definitely challenged, but there is always time for fun with my team and breaks for table tennis - I see this as the biggest advantage of many for me as a working student at ososoft."
Anja Rausch has been working in the field of personnel development and personnel management for more than 15 years, most recently in an HR management position in the mechanical engineering sector of a large medium-sized company. As Head of HR at ososoft, she is responsible for all internal and external personnel issues.
