"I came into contact with ososoft through the Study & Stay job fair at JMU Würzburg. There I was able to get a first impression in a relaxed, personal conversation and decided to become part of the team. At the beginning of 2021, after several positions, I came to ososoft and quickly felt very comfortable.
In terms of studies, my path led me from a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology to a Master's degree in Information Systems at the FHWS. In addition to this, I began to acquire practical know-how in the area of SAP development during my internship semester, because it became clear to me during the internship that I really enjoy solving customer problems. But above all, the most important thing for me is honest gratitude for our work."
"I joined the team right away with the first projects - initially in a supportive role as part of the induction, but over time I was given increasingly complex tasks. Through initiative and independent work, I was quickly able to earn the trust I needed to take on my own projects and look after customers.
In general, working and acting independently is very important, appreciated and, to a certain extent, expected. The rapid induction and subsequent taking on of your own projects means that the learning curve is quite steep and you grow with the tasks. Of course, communication within the team is open and you can always count on your colleagues if you have any difficulties. It is precisely the collegial working atmosphere and mutual support that ensures professionalism and the relatively young team means that a lot of current know-how is concentrated in one place."
